

Gold Ridge Organic Farms is located 50 miles northwest of San Francisco in the rolling hills of Sebastopol, where coastal breezes & optimal soils provide ideal growing conditions for 88 acres of olives & apples.
Farmer Brooke Hazen grows our CCOF Certified Organic olives using organic farming methods and then within hours of harvest makes them into four distinct olive oils in our onsite mill.
We are small farmers and stewards of the land. We pride ourselves in creating farm to table oils that are high in healthy antioxidants and polyphenols and are also delicious. Please enjoy them!

What is Olio Nuovo? Bright and green, Olio Nuovo (new olive oil) debuts the first taste of olive oil from the new harvest. It arrives at Gold Ridge Organic Farms starting in late November and December.
Pressed at our Estate Mill, it is vibrantly colored with robust flavors and has the highest levels of polyphenols and antioxidants immediately after harvest. Following harvest, olive oil is typically stored for a couple of months before bottling, allowing sediments to settle and flavors to mellow slightly.
Olio Nuovo is prized for its health benefits and is only available for a limited time and in limited quantity for about 12 weeks following bottling. As with all high-quality olive oils, Gold Ridge Organic Farms Olio Nuovo is best enjoyed within 3 to 4 months of opening to enjoy optimal flavors and maximum health benefits.
