This oil is sultry and woody with subtle aromatic hints of delicate fig and raw walnut. It is a foodie favorite. Flavors of toasted walnut, matcha green tea and a bright white pepper finish. Made from 100 % Estate Grown fruit. Medium bodied and medium spicy. High in antioxidants, this is a great finishing and dipping oil that will bring complex flavors to grilled or raw veggies, hummus, tapenade, cured meats. Pair with pastas, pesto or enjoy in salads for an extra lift of flavor. An Italian blend of Minerva, Frantoio and Maurino olives with a touch of Cerasoula and Ladoelia.

We now present our gallons in an eco-friendly tin format in order to lower the chance of oxidation while you enjoy your oil. The top plastic piece pulls out to form a pour spout for easy use. Our goal is to help maintain the flavors and nutritional benefits in our oils while you use them and therefore improve your experience. Always store your oils in a cool, dark place. For ideal freshness, we recommend using it within 3-6 months once opened.
