Farmer Brooke Hazen grows our CCOF Certified Organic olives using organic farming methods and then within hours of harvest makes them into four distinct olive oils in our onsite mill.

For an easy "no recipe" recipe that requires no measuring spoons, no cookbook and no fancy kitchen gadgets, we are loving this fuss free Citrusy Vinaigrette with Baby Greens:
~ Grab a generous fistful of freshly washed baby arugula or field greens & toss into a medium sized bowl (or two or more if you plan to share).
~ Drizzle with a thin stream of Meyer Lemon Olive Oil plus a splash of Apple Cider Balsamic Vinegar, tossing with a fork to evenly coat greens.(Optional: Add extra pucker with a squeeze of fresh Meyer Lemon)
~ Season to taste with a pinch or so of flaky sea salt & 2-3 cracks of freshly ground black pepper
Enjoy as a side for your favorite main - be it pasta, grilled meat, fish or tofu - or as a sandwich topper to elevate your lunch game.
Especially good over an eggplant parmesan or chicken parmesan sandwich, grilled chicken, or tofu. Make it a meal salad by tossing in garbanzo beans, chopped cucumbers, shaved carrots, and grated Parmigiano Reggianno or a few curls of Pecorino romano.
