Farmer Brooke Hazen grows our CCOF Certified Organic olives using organic farming methods and then within hours of harvest makes them into four distinct olive oils in our onsite mill.

The apples are pressed into juice by our friends down the hill and the fresh juice is slow-cooked into a not-too-sweet and slightly tart reduction with deep and rich apple flavors. Add it to your favorite marinade for richer flavors, a hint of tartness, and a kiss of sweetness. Drizzle over your favorite ice cream. This apple syrup is perfect for baking pies, cakes, and all manner of apple-based desserts. Also makes an excellent mixer for cocktails or NA beverages as well as a glaze or in place of maple syrup.
