Gold Ridge Organic Farms is located 50 miles northwest of San Francisco in the rolling hills of Sebastopol, where coastal breezes & optimal soils provide ideal growing conditions for 88 acres of olives & apples.
Farmer Brooke Hazen grows our CCOF Certified Organic olives using organic farming methods and then within hours of harvest makes them into four distinct olive oils in our onsite mill.

Picholine is our French blend of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and it shows bright aromas of wheatgrass, matcha green tea and lemon citrus. 100% Estate Grown. Flavors include fresh grass, hint of artichoke and arugula on the finish. Medium pungent and medium robust.
Picholine shines as a dipping and finishing oil and is also a great addition to a pesto or chimichurri sauce. Drizzle on pasta, hard cheeses and charcuterie to add interest. Picholine has a following with many who enjoy the green flavors in olive oil. Very high in polyphenols and antioxidants.
A blend of mostly Picholine olives with a small amount of Aglandau, Bouteillian, Solonenque, Grossane and Cayon.
The 2023 Picholine blend is grown and milled into oil on our farm in Sonoma County. It is made with our CCOF Certified Organic Olives.
Now available in a highly portable, compact, and elegant eco-friendly 250 ml tin. Our goal is to help maintain the flavors and nutritional benefits in our oils while you use them and therefore improve your experience. Always store your oils in a cool, dark place. For ideal freshness, we recommend using it within 3-6 months once opened.
