Farmer Brooke Hazen grows our CCOF Certified Organic olives using organic farming methods and then within hours of harvest makes them into four distinct olive oils in our onsite mill.

Gold Ridge Organic Farms Arbequina Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil is 100% Estate Grown and milled right here on our farm in Sonoma County. It is made with CCOF Certified Organic California olives. Taut green flavors, particularly chewy green banana, characterize this blend of six Spanish olive cultivars. Taste hints of wheatgrass, green almond, and green peppercorn along with subtle notes of green melon and tropical fruit on the finish. With low bitterness and a buttery texture tyipcal of Arbequina, it is perfect for salad dressings and in sweet or savory baking. Pair with citrus or white wine vinaigrettes, or our Apple Cider Vinegar. Drizzle over popcorn or fresh goat cheese.

We now present our gallons in an eco-friendly tin format in order to lower the chance of oxidation while you enjoy your oil. The top plastic piece pulls out to form a pour spout for easy use. Our goal is to help maintain the flavors and nutritional benefits in our oils while you use them and therefore improve your experience. Always store your oils in a cool, dark place. For ideal freshness and optimal flavor, we recommend using it within 3-6 months once opened.
Our Gold Ridge soils plus local ocean breezes provide the perfect setting to grow perfect, healthy and delicious olives. Our olives are hand picked and then pressed into oil within hours of harvest in our onsite mill, locking in the health benefits. Fresh olive oil is a natural raw food that is high in polyphenols and antioxidants.
