Farmer Brooke Hazen grows our CCOF Certified Organic olives using organic farming methods and then within hours of harvest makes them into four distinct olive oils in our onsite mill.
We are small farmers and stewards of the land. We pride ourselves in creating farm to table oils that are high in healthy antioxidants and polyphenols and are also delicious. Please enjoy them!

Honeycrisp, Fuji, and 70+ varieties of heirloom apples, hand harvested from our Oregon Tilth Certified Organic orchards in the rolling hills of Sebastopol, are pressed into fresh juice and slow-cooked into a sweet and slightly tart reduction with deep and rich apple flavors. It's like apple pie in a bottle.
Drizzle over pancakes or waffles in place of maple syrup. Use in a marinade or glaze for meat or tofu. Add it to your favorite vinaigrette for richer flavors, a hint of tartness, and a kiss of sweetness. An excellent mixer for cocktails or NA beverages.
