Love Honeycrisps? The wait is over! While this apple holds very well in storage, there’s nothing like the taste and texture of our organic Honeycrisps fresh off the tree. Developed at the University of Minnesota, the first Honeycrisp seedling was planted in 1962, but wasn't released commercially until 1991. Since then, Honeycrisp has become one of the best-loved and most successful of modern apples. Its secret? Extra-large juice cells that are twice as big as those in other apples. Crunch into a Honeycrisp and your mouth will be flooded with a burst of sweet, aromatic juice.

We’re especially proud that our Honeycrisps are often the very first fresh Honeycrisp apples available in our Sonoma County growing region. Described as “explosively crisp,” these fruits are big, red-and-green crowd-pleasers perfect for lunchboxes, snacks, and cheese plates. We use our Honeycrisps to make a wonderful, limited edition single-varietal cider vinegar, and in combination with Fujis to make our Apple Cider Syrup.
