Farmer Brooke Hazen grows our CCOF Certified Organic olives using organic farming methods and then within hours of harvest makes them into four distinct olive oils in our onsite mill.

Gold Ridge Organic Farms Tuscan Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an Italian blend of mostly Frantoio and Leccino olives with a small amount of Maurino & Pendolino olives. Lively, green, and herbaceous, this medium-bodied lightly pungent blend of Frantoio and Leccino transports you to a spring hillside in the Tuscan countryside. Expect bold notes of freshly cut grass and herbes de Provence, followed by notes of green apple, bay leaf, and green tea, with a lightly peppery finish. Made with California olives from our Oregon Tilth (OTCO) Certified Organic orchards. Milled onsite within hours of harvest into California organic extra virgin olive oil, just steps away from our Sebastopol orchards in our California Certified Organic (CCOF) estate olive mill.

Our Gold Ridge soils plus local ocean breezes provide the perfect setting to grow perfect, healthy, and delicious olives. Our olives are hand picked and then pressed into oil within hours of harvest in our onsite mill, locking in the health benefits.
